| Columbia Sportswear said its fourth-quarter earnings rose 51% on continued revenue growth, which received a boost from its acquisition of the prAna brand. The Portland apparel and footwear company’s shares rose 4.3% to $45.45 in after-hours trading. Both results and the company’s first-quarter earnings guidance beat expectations. Columbia’s board also authorized the repurchase of an additional $200 million of the company’s shares, bringing its total buyback program to $243.6 million. | |||||||
