Standard & Poor’s said there’s a 15% chance the U.S. will go over the fiscal cliff, triggering tax hikes and spending cuts. Because neither party has a majority with which to push through an agenda the chance the U.S. economy will go over the fiscal cliff is increasing, although today it is only to about 15%. |
