| Consumers increased their debt by a seasonally adjusted $26.0 billion in July, up from an $18.8 billion gain in June , according to the Federal Reserve. That a record gain in dollars, and the biggest percentage gain since July 2011. It came in above the market consensus of a $17.0 billion gain. | |||||||
