President-elect Trump shuffled his transition team three days after his victory, increasing the influence of Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions, one of Washington’s most vocal critics of illegal immigration, while reducing the role of New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. Vice President-elect Mike Pence will be transition chairman, Christie will be vice chairman. Other Executive Committee members are Ben Carson, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and Senator Sessions.
