Congress hasn’t passed a single spending bill for the fiscal year that starts October 1. And with fights looming over the Iran nuclear deal and Planned Parenthood funding, government shutdown is possible. The House is scheduled to be in session for just 10 days before Oct. 1, and lawmakers are expected to vote on continuing resolution to keep the government open. |
