French quiche has bumped traditional pork pies from Britain’s gauge of inflation. And because Britons have been exercising off that quiche consumption, gym leggings were added to the U.K.’s price-inflation basket of goods and services for 2018, while lager sales at nightclubs was taken out. The changes, outlined Tuesday, are part of an annual review by the Office for National Statistics of changing habits among British consumers and subsequent revisions of the shopping basket.
