Walmart fell 10.2% to $94.10 a after its fourth-quarter adjusted earnings per share missed forecasts after it said online sales growth slowed during the fourth quarter by to 24% compared to 50% growth in the previous three quarters. But sales in existing stores rose 2.6%, representing its 14th consecutive quarter of growth in that segment. It is first miss in 10 quarters, as adjusted per-share earnings came in at $1.33, below the $1.37 exptected by analysts. |
