President Trump told lawmakers in a Twitter message to “get ready to do your job” on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA. The White House is giving Congress six months to come up with a replacement for the program, which protects young immigrants from deportation. That may be a tall order for lawmakers. The president made clear he wants a comprehensive bill to come out of Congress and not just a tweak to DACA. White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said that includes border security.
