As of yesterday, President Trump completed his first thirty days in office and the stock market has done well, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 4%. That’s the fifth best. Republican Theodore Roosvelt in 1905 was up 6.6%, Republican William McKinley in 1901 up 5.6%, Republican William Taft in 1909 up 5.1%, and Democrat Franklin Roosevelt in 1945 up 4.1%.
