Enrollment for 2017 ObamaCare exchange plans through HealthCare.gov was 9.2 million, compared to 9.6 million who signed up during the 2016 enrollment period. The numbers don’t include enrollment through state marketplaces for 2017. Those numbers are expected to be released in March.
