| The Commerce Department reports e-commerce rose 4.2% on a seasonally adjusted basis during the third quarter to $87.5 billion. That’s a rise of 15.1% from the third quarter of 2014 puts the ecommerce share of retail spending at 7.4%, a new high in the series that dates started in 1999. | |||||||
