The New York Federal Reserve Bank’s monthly survey found that consumers expect 3% annual home-price growth. That’s the lowest level since the survey’s start in July 2013, and down from the 3.4% expected in January. Expectations have slowed for the third straight month, and are below 2014’s average of 3.8%. Here in the West, the strongest region expectations fell to 4% down from 4.8% in January. |
