| The Obama administration has not contemplated the possibility that Republicans could take control of the Senate in next month’s midterm elections, accordint to White House spokesman Josh Earnest. Republicans need to win a net six seats to take control of the Senate. At the daily White House briefing, Earnest said that the Senate was not a lost cause for Democrats. | |||||||
