| A U.S. appeals court has ruled that Obamacare health-care policies bought on federal exchanges aren’t eligible for subsidies, according to the way the Affordable Care Act is written. That ruling could unravel much of the legislation, but it faces an appeal by the Obama administration for a full judicial review as well as a second finding from another appeals court, which ruled in favor of the subsidies. | |||||||
