| President Obama will take questions next Tuesday on the social-networking site Tumblr about reducing student debt and increasing college affordability, in an event designed to reach younger voters. The event comes as Democrats push a bill authored by Sen. Elizabeth Warren that would let student borrowers refinance federal and private loans at current low interest rates. The White House supports the bill but analysts say it’s unlikely to pass. | |||||||
