| The U.S. imposed additional sanctions against Russia today over its intervention in Ukraine. The latest measures target seven Russian officials and 17 companies the U.S. says are linked to President Vladimir Putin’s inner circle. The Obama administration also said the sanctions restrict licenses for U.S. exports to Russia that involve high-technology products that could contribute to Russia’s military capabilities. | |||||||
