| Apple, Google , Intel, and Adobe Systems agreed to settle a lawsuit brought by 64,000 employees accusing the four companies of conspiring not to recruit each other’s workers. The terms of the settlement were not immediately released according to the Wall Street Journal but was confirmed by a lawyer for the plaintiffs. The employees had been seeking $3 billion in damages, but under antitrust rules, that could have tripled to $9 billion. | |||||||
