| The dollar fell against the euro after minutes from the Federal Reserve’s March meeting were released. They show that Fed officials were concerned the market could overreact to the increase in the Fed’s expectations for short-term rates and that the centeral bank decided to scrap its focus on 6.5% unemployment in determining the timing of the first rate hike. | |||||||
