Federal Reserve Chairman Janet Yellen delivers her first report on monetary policy and the outlook for the economy tomorrow.  Yellen was sworn in as the central bank’s head on Feb. 3 and she will speak for the first time before the House Financial Services Committee in a Fed’s semi-annual report. 
Chrysler, the American carmaker now owned by Fiat, will pay $5 billion to the United Auto Workers health-care trust, completing the final payments that the carmaker owed as a result of its bankruptcy.  Fiat last month bought the 41.5 percent Chrysler stake held by the trust, which was created to pay medical bills for union retirees, and gain full control of company. The combination creates the world’s seventh-largest auto manufacturer.  Fiat plans to move its primary listing to New York and rename itself Fiat Chrysler Automobiles by October 1st. It will also continue to have shares traded on the Milan exchange. 
Oil futures are struggling for direction as traders look toward this week’s economic data and Janet’s Yellen’s testimony for  cues on the next direction for prices. March crude is  0.1%, to $99.83 a barrel on the New York Mer after hitting a high of $100.46 in electronic trading.
