| The White House announced President Obama will release his budget plan for next fiscal year on March 4, one month later than scheduled. The budget request for the year beginning Oct. 1 will be late because Congress just finished work on this year’s appropriations, according to the statement. The Congressional Budget Office said this week that it will release its annual budget outlook on Feb. 4. | |||||||
