Total light vehicle sales fell slightly in October, according to numbers tabulated by Autodata. Sales fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 15.23 million, down from 15.28 million in September, and below 15.4 million economist forecast–lowest rate of sales since April. The biggest decline came from imported cars; domestic cars and trucks and imported trucks all gained. |
