Best Buy shares rallied 19% to $21.04 after founder and former chairman Richard Schulze offered to take the electronics retailer private buying the 80% of the electronics retailer he doesn’t already own for $24 to $26 a share. . |
Prices on U.S. Treasurys edged higher with yields down, as investors considered the likelihood of Spain formally requesting financial aid in coming days. On Friday, Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy said he needed to know what the conditions were for the aid before making a request. |
