30 Year Treasury Up                 8.5 basis points                 2.88
Fitch   Ratings downgraded Japan to A+ and issued a negative outlook on the country’s   credit rating, citing rising public debt levels. Japan’s long-term foreign rating was AA.
Facebook continues to be unfriended by investors.  Facebook shares are off $1.70 to $32.33 a   share.  The low of the day has been   $30.98.
