Morning Market Report 5/10/2012

Markets are mixed this morning.

First-time   jobless claims fell by a 1,000 to a seasonally adjusted 367,000 in the week   ended May 5, according to the Labor Department. Claims from two weeks ago   were revised up to 368,000 from an original reading of 365,000.
The   Labor Department also reported import prices fell 0.5% in April after a revised 1.5% spike in March, mainly as the price of oil receded. Economists   surveyed by MarketWatch expected a 0.2% decline
