Argentina   shocked a global investors by announcing a takeover of YPF, its largest oil   and gas company, earlier this week.    The Argentine government accused YPF of not investing enough in its   local oil fields and for not producing enough oil, which led to a 110%   increase in country’s oil imports last year.    Shares of US listed YPF SA, resumed trading today after being halted   Monday and dropped almost 30%.
EBay   reported a fiscal first-quarter profit that rose 20% from a year ago on   strong revenue gains from its online-payments and auction businesses.  EBay said it earned $570 million, or 44   cents a share, on $3.3 billion in revenue.
