Cleveland Fed President Loretta Mester said today that only sustained strength in the dollar would dim her optimism about the U.S. economy. Mester predicts 3% growth over 2015 and 2016, putting her with the central bank optimists. She sees the unemployment rate falling to around 5.5% by the end of next year.
