Amazon and other retailers looking to cut delivery time to the consumer are changing the dynamics of the warehouse real estate market. Anika Khan of Wells Fargo Securities points out that the vacancy rate has fallen to its lowest level in almost two years. Costs are going up as well, averaging $5.37 per square foot, highest in more than four years. |
