| The national average price of gasoline fell in March for the first time in a decade. It’s down nearly 30 cents a gallon from a year ago, according to AAA. Prices fell 15 cents a gallon in March, the first month-over-month decline for March since 2003, when the average declined by 1 cent per gallon. | |||||||
