By a 3-2 vote of commissioners, the Securities and Exchange Commission today approved new rule 10D-1 will require listed companies to develop and enforce policies that “claw back” incentive-based compensation from current and former executive officers, without regard to fault, if the company has to restate its financials. Stock and bond markets are closed tomorrow. Have a safe 4th of July. |
