House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi said “progress” has been made on continued funding for low-income consumers of Obamacare. Reports on Capitol Hill said White House officials have assured lawmakers that the subsidy payments would continue. Earlier today, House Speaker Paul Ryan said the Obamacare funding would not be included in a must-pass spending bill to keep the government open.
