| Walmart announced today that it will offer low-cost checking accounts nationwide by the end of October. Wal-Mart is partnering with Green Dot Corporation, which offers a range of financial products through its Green Dot Bank unit including prepaid debit cards. The new GoBank account will be accessed by mobile phone and will come with a MasterCard debit card. | |||||||
