| All seventeen judges of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals will rehear Halbig versus Burwell ,the case that threatens to strip away a large chunk of funding for the Affordable Care Act. The action effectively withdraws a July ruling by a three-judge panel of the court. The case is scheduled for December 17. | |||||||
