| Facebook is cracking down on “click-bait” headlines that don’t explain what the post is about. An example from Celeb Style Weekly was: “You’ll never believe which two stars got into a fight on the red carpet last night!! Click to find out which starlet they were fighting over!!” Facebook said users hate those headlines, citing surveys that showed that 80% of the time users preferred headlines that helped them decide if they wanted to read the full article before they had to click through. | |||||||
