Markets are off slightly this morning.

Spain announced Saturday that the government would seek assistance from the European Union for 100 billion euros ($125 billion) — to shore up the banking sector, hit hard by bad loans resulting from the collapse of its housing market.
 Gold fell and oil is flat after both   commodities staged a rally earlier on news of a bailout for Spanish banks.  August Gold fell $3.90 to $1,587.50 an ounce on the Comex and July crude is up 3 cents to $84.13 a barrel on the New York Merc.
