ADP   says private sector hiring is slowing down. So far in the second quarter, the average monthly gain for private-sector payrolls is 123,000, compared with more than 200,000 seen in the first quarter. Private-sector payrolls increased by 133,000 in May, led by small businesses and services.   April was revised to 113,000 from a prior estimate of 119,000.
