Facebook sold 421.2 million shares at $38 each to raise $16 billion.  That values the company at $104.2 billion, or 107 times trailing 12-month earnings, Facebook is not yet open for trading.
Oil extended its losses for a sixth day as investors remain concerned about global growth and demand for oil as the euro zone’s debt problems continue.  June dropped 0.7%,   to $91.92 a barrel on the New York Merc.
